Isaiah 40:31My Faith Encounters began with a simple conversation between a husband and wife over a morning cup of coffee in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
One morning, Jeff asked a simple question:
"What if a cup of coffee could do more than wake you up?"
That question sparked an idea.
What if an everyday habit could become an opportunity to pause, reflect, and spend a few moments with God?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our studio in Columbus, NC. Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Every mug includes a permanently embedded QR code. Point your phone's camera at it — no app needed. A fresh scripture or devotional appears every 24 hours, so the same mug brings something new every morning.
Will the QR code ever stop working?
No. The QR code is embedded permanently into the ceramic or stainless surface — it won't fade or peel. We maintain the content platform as a core part of our mission. Once your mug ships, the code is active for life. Guarantee: Every QR code is tested before it leaves us. If yours decides to retire early, send it back and we'll replace it.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your mug. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right. Contact us at [email protected].
Can I design my own label?
Yes — that's what the Configurator is for. Choose any vessel from our collection, select a label from the Faith Collection library, and check out. Every label is available on every product.
Are these dishwasher safe?
Ceramic mugs are top-rack dishwasher safe. Stainless steel tumblers should be hand-washed to preserve the finish and the label vibrancy. The QR code itself is impervious to washing either way.
